Olympic Lifting Coaching
Interested in learning the basics of Olympic weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk)? Want to learn how to use these lifts to increase speed, power and strength for other sports?

 

We have two experienced coaches, both coaches hold clear Enhanced DBS Certificates.

 

Gym owner Colin Matthews is a Personal Trainer, Kettlebell instructor and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer.
